After five years problem free dial-up, I now experience frequent cut-offs with downloading emails - it sometimes takes three days to download the whole batch and the same ones keep coming in as disconnects never allow the whole lot to arrive. Surfing is equally frustrating with inability to remain on any site before cutting off and redialling. I have asked BT to check the line and it is OK and when I access my standby Freeserve connection that is problem-free. Can anyone suggest how I can remedy this problem. Plusnet apparently consider this matter not their concern as BT provides the connections and Plusnet take the money!
