Cannot create Spam folder on WebMail for a Dial-up user

Hi,

Mail preferences show that Spam detection is on and that it's to go to online Spam box. It has been that way for a few weeks.

I've just signed into my webmail (using a different password from my login to the portal password) and deleted a few Spam messages from my inbox.

I then tried to create a Spam folder in the Inbox and it failed with an error message of Cannot create folder!

I have previously been able to add a Spam folder to a webmail account that uses PlusNet Broadband account, so, I wonder if it is due to it being a Dial-up only account?

Thanks.

It works on a Dial-Up Account. Does this link help or have you already tried it?

I had the same problem you are experiencing but came across a thread which explained how to set it up properly. I cannot find the said thread at the moment but will continue looking. I am pretty certain the instructions also made mention of clicking on the 'Check Mail'link which appears underneath 'Folders' on the left side of the page.
