Can I use PlusNet broadband on more than 2 computers?

Hi
I have D-Link DI604 router (http://www.dlink.com/products/?model=DI-604). Can I use the router to connect 2 computers to PN broadband (via network cable). I understand that PN will provide the modem, will I be able to connect a network cable/router to that modem?

Thanks

Yes, kind of.

What you will need to do, is connect to the internet through one of the machines, via a usb modem.
You can then set your web connected machine to share its internet connection with the second machine.
The downside is that the web connected machine would need to be switched on in order for the second machine to connect to the internet.

If you pay slighlty more, you can get a 1 port ADSL router, which you can connect using CAT5 ethernet cable, to the router, which means you can use either machine.
