Any 1 use [Ad-Aware se]

Can you help me get rid off[clickspring-process-malware-c\windows\system32\??rss.exe].

Every time i run it finds it ,but when i try to delete it [it says i,ll have to reboot computer ].After doing the reeboot it clears but?, next time do a scan its there again.

any 1 help me?.

Try Search & Destroy - a similar program to Adaware - it may be able to delete it.

Think got fixed?

all i done was reboot,run,then reinstall [ad-aware]

So if got problems with things that cant be removed/Give this a try.

Try starting in safe mode and run adaware

Try Webroot Spysweeper, I've heard good things about it and have tried a trial of it myself, and it got rid of all sorts of problems (back when I had it).

Press and hold F8 on your keyboard when your pc is booting then select safe mode from the list that is on screen

use google search clickspring several results appear one from Symantec which if you follow links will take you to an uninstaller, if safe mode does not do it
