waiting for profile to be updated

My ADSL was upgraded to FTTC on Friday morning, | have waited the 24 hours for my speed profile to be changed, but it is still at ADSL speeds.Can someone please take a look at ticket #41916252 , thanks

Sorted, FYI we should be setting the profiles up ready before installations complete now so sorry if this was missed.

I had my FTTC upgrade done by OpenReach on Friday but my profile is still set to 2M.  Could someone look at mine please?

As mentioned our provisioning team have changed their working practice so we don't need to update profiles any more.

Obviously not everyone is following the revised process described by Adam, I had FTTC installed on 16th, BT Profile is 38717 and tody 18th, my Plusnet profile is stuck at 1.75Mbps.
Ticket #41908320 contains all details.
Can someone poke the provision team, Please.
