re-contracting on trial

Hi
I've been off contract for a year or so now.
looking to re-contract, but as I'm still on the trial, does it still work the same way?
should I do it here on the forum, or phone in to the re-contract team?
Thanks

Re: re-contracting on trial

It would be best to give us a call, however if you're on one of the older 100Mbps/300Mbps trials, unfortunately the only options available would be the current fibre products on either 40/2 or 80/20.

Thanks
its the 80/20 so no problems there
Spoke to someone over the weekend & all sorted.  He said it would be a hub one they will send out
is that ok for FTTP?

Re: re-contracting on trial

Hi Gunsmoke,
Yes the HubOne will work with FTTP, you will need to connect the ONT to the red WAN port on the Hub for it to work
