problems on 80/20 trial - irregular speeds

Hi Guys
I've been having intermittant speed issues since going onto the 80/20 trial.  Recently raised a ticket "Question #57207172" and my profile was amended a number of times - can you please investigate?
Tried to run BT speedtest a number of times over the last few days, but each time it states;
"The system is currently busy. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider"  Any ideas?
