incorrect username at install

Hi
is the FTTP trial using different accounts?
The engineer has just finished connecting the fibre but its not taking my username
I'm still on the f9 if that makes a difference

sorted!
the auto login on the fibre router didnt set itself up properly.
after a call to PN, its now connected

Now if you see any engineers in Hardwick please tell them to get their butts over to Caldecote, where the natives are definitely getting restless
