Which package am I on?

Hi

Would someone be able to check which package I'm on please?

I think I should be on the 80/20, and have been since we started on the trial, but last few tests show more like 40/20

Looks like you're on an 80/20 package as you've said you think you should be.

Could you try a single disconnect/reconnect and let us know if you're still experiencing slower than expected speeds.

Only just got round to kicking the kids off long enough to do a speed test
