When I raised my request for FTTC a week or so ago, I was told the kit would be dispatched soon. I haven't had anything yet? I presume Plusnet are sending me the router and BT will provide the actual modem when they come to do the install. I'm concerned that if the kit isn't here by Tuesday I'm going to be stuck without internet! Chris
Yep Plusnet should send you a Router and BT will bring the modem. If the router is not there in time then it is possible to connect 1 PC directly to the modem (you should have a software firewall turned on if you are going to do this.) Instructions for this should be on the last page of the document you would ave had a link to in one of the emails from plusnet. "fttc_guide_netgear.doc"
Can someone at Plusnet please check that my hardware order is now going through, on the order tracker and starter pack pages it shows as cancelled. Do you send them from your office in Sheffield, could I come and pick one up?
