Unable to connect

Hi,
Any chance someone could have a look at my ticket # 39424662.
I couldn't raise it as a fault, as the fault system kept dying on me.

Should also say I've opened that ticket under the users account having the problem, Not my username.

Currently responding from home so cannot call unfortunately.
To investigate this, we need to send an engineer. First of all, just verify you don't have anything attached to the line that was not there when the engineer conducted his own testing.
Can you provide general availability. This is Monday to Friday with AM and PM slots of 0800 to 1300, and 1300 to 1800. From experience, the earliest available will be a full 24 hours away (in this case Monday onwards).

Hi Phil,
I replied to the ticket end of last week, but haven't heard anything.
Just updating this incase the ticket's not being monitored.
Wednesday PM would be best.

Hi,
Last update was on Tuesday 8th, Saying BT was doing work that will affect the line but no indication of how long it's likely to take.
Just wondering if there's any further update? been without a connection now about 2 weeks.
