Trying to join...

So I'm trying to join the trial, but I can seem to sign up. Page just prompts me to use a valid mobile phone number. No matter how many times I correct it or try in other browsers.

Can somebody help please?

It's something to do with a specific set of mobile phone numbers!!!!

If you don't require text alerts uncheck the box and it should go through. Note that submitting the form creates a "ticket" which can always be viewed under "View your Questions" on the Help & Support pages if you're logged in. This is where you answer any queries from PlusNet about your FTTP install.

I'm sorry to hear the trials page isn't accepting your mobile number.

My colleague Harry provided a good explanation/workaround a while ago over here.

EDIT: I've had a look into this and I'm sorry to say but WBC FTTP isn't available at your address.
What's available is FTTP On Demand which is something we're not offering due to very high costs.
