Hi @ardiff,

 

I'm really sorry about this.

 

Openreach have said the charges aren't accepted still despite confirmation we had over the phone that they were, so we've accepted them directly via the order ourselves.

 

Our FTTP team should have an update in 3-5 working days at the latest.

 

Please give us a shout if you require further assistance.

Do you have an update from BTW or OR regarding external works required for my FTTP installation please? It's 2 months since I paid my contribution towards them, but there's no sign of anything happening and it's now 6 months since I was accepted onto the trial.
