Still no update 2 weeks later. I am rather sick of this. I have been being told that I will get an update in 5 days repeatedly for almost 2 months now. If I do receive an update it simply tells me that there will be an update in 5 days. Why can't you just be honest and give me a true estimate on when and if anything will ever actually be actioned? It would be far better to say there will be an update in 2 months, unless there is any action before. At least that would stop me getting my hopes up.

Sorry about the delays.

We have been passing on information to you as received from our suppliers.

I'm about to call the FTTP team at Openreach now so I'll post back when I do know more.

Our suppliers have advised us that pole work needs to be carried out at the distribution point.

This is scheduled in for the 10th April. We'll update you when we know more.

The telegraph pole has finally been replaced today (not 10th as previously stated. So can you tell me when the FTTP will be installed please?

We'll chase this up on or shortly after the 10th.

I've just checked for an update and I can see our suppliers BT Wholesale proactively chased this up with Openreach yesterday afternoon.

Unfortunately they were advised that the pole work is still in progress and to check back on the 17th.

BT replaced the pole on b 6/4/18.. This is absolutely ludicrous

I can't see this EVER being completed. 2 months now since it was supposed to be installed. The pole has been replaced. What is the hold up now?

Thanks for waiting.

After a lengthy discussion with the FTTP team at Openreach, they've advised us that they've been advised by contractors that more external work is required and the review date is now the 11th May.

Unfortunately I was unable to obtain any information with regards to what work specifically is needed.

We'll update you after the 11th when we should know more.
