Ticket #144696865

Can anyone at Plusnet check what happening with my ticket. Had OR around last Wednesday to do the external cabling work but heard nothing regarding the rest of the install.

Hi, I believe I’m now out of my contract term. Can somebody check this for me please? If we are can we then also cancel the landline, increase the fibre speed to the higher package making it £22.49 a month from now on. Thanks.
