Terrible fibre speeds, any suggestions?

Results from BT Wholesale performance test:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.94 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-76.8 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 76.8 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 7.52Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
Disconnecting from the router and reconnecting after a few minutes improved the upload speed but not the download.

Can you so a soft disconnect/reconnect and try again please?

It's basically how we had your line profiled.  I've amended that so there should be an issue when you get home.
