Speed cap after install not lifted

Hi, I had my FTtp setup on Tuesday, now Saturday, upload is fine at 20meg but the download is still capped to 5 meg. They said it could take up to 48 hrs so tried calling support yesterday but gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Is this normal ? Anything I can do on line to get it lifted. Thanks.
