A legacy FTTP Trial customer here. We've been having real issues with our router/hub for the last couple of months. We have to reset/cycle it daily. As far as we can tell, there's nothing interfering with the wifi. I've changed the channels manually, set them to smart select... turned off other devices that may be competing with the signal. No luck. I think it's had it. Ethernet connection seems to work okay most of the time, although not always.
I'm sorry that you're having problems with your router and for the delay in getting back to you on here. Having checked your account, I can see that you have since discussed this with our technical support team and they have advised to run through some troubleshooting steps. Please let us know if this doesn't resolve the problem.
