Request to cancel phone line

Hello,

I've been on the FTTP trial for a few months and recently received a notification from Plusnet saying, "Your Line Rental Saver contract is due to expire on 07/12/2018."

I'd like to cancel my phone line rather than renew please. Other posts on this forum suggest that i should post to the forum rather than call Plusnet Support.

As an FTTP Trial user, don't phone or Chat as the staff have zero idea about the FTTP Trial.

Wait for the specialist FTTP trained forum staff to answer here.

Essentially at the moment I'd like to hold off on this. Due to the way our systems now work it's possible that it'll take the cease of your phone line as a cancellation request and close your account in full.

Hi Justin. I can confirm that your phone line is ceased and account type automatically changed to the appropriate broadband only one. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let me know.
