Raise a ticket

Hi I'm trying to raise a ticket for fttp as it's now available for me. However whenever I try to submit it states I need to enter a valid mobile number which I do again and again to no avail. Can someone please raise a ticket for me? Thank you

Re: Raise a ticket

Does it work if you untick the option to receive updates via text message?

Re: Raise a ticket

Hi, I've tried this and I've tried it on my mobile, laptop and work computer. Any ideas?
I would like the unlimited fibre extra.

Thanks

Re: Raise a ticket

Got a reply saying it's unavailable 😂.
Weird as the DSL checker from BT says I can when I put either my phone number or address in! My next door neighbour has just ordered it via BT with no issues at all 🤔

Re: Raise a ticket

From the trial application page

Please ensure that you check for the availability of FTTP and NOT FTTP on Demand. This trial is only for FTTP. At present we aren't trialling FTTP on Demand. For more details about the difference between FTTP and FTTP on Demand please see the FAQs linked below.

Re: Raise a ticket

Your screenshot shows FTTP on Demand which is extremely expensive and not supplied by PlusNet. Perhaps you neighbour ordered FTTC which is fibre to the cabinet.
