Please reset my profile from 40 back to 20 - 40Mb 'cap' but on 80/20 trial

Had recent problems with phone line but these are probably unrelated as broadband was working fine at 73Mb average download speed up till phone line fixed and router rebooted. BT engineer who attended to fix phone fault confirmed he could see line speeds from master socket of 80/20 but on going to line profile on Plusnet website I see it has been changed to 40 from 20 for no reason at all that I can fathom. I am convinced this is causing the drop in speed to 37 that I now have consistently. PLEASE change it back?? i've rebooted router a few times since but to no effect with the 40Mb profile being set.... I have also posted about this on the general thread but think this really deserves a thread on its own - seems to be happening to a lot of people. Hope you can help...

Mine too! After reading this I have opened a ticket. Hopefully it'll be done soon. No point being on an 80/20 trial and still getting 40/2 speeds!!

Please can you reset my profile to, I was averaging 47-48MB download, now its capped at 37MB, profile is now showing 40MB not the 20MB, ticket raised 57632795

Same thing has just happend to me was getting a nice stable 72Mb download then this happens Phone exchange:

Can my profile be reset too? ive been on the 80/20 trial from day one, and last saturday my profile was back to 40mb?! first time i had any issues with the trial, been getting 77mb and 17up all this time, call logged : 57654067
