Hello,

I wonder if one of you kind people in Plusnet support could make sure that my FTTP Trial request ticket gets picked up please?

After almost two years of watching the new fibres dangling from the poles on my lane, BT finally say it's available, and I'm keen to get an upgrade from my 2Mb service.

I'd love to stay with Plusnet after all these years.

They say time passes slowly!!!

It's only about 2 months ago it was confirmed we were getting FTTP to overcome problems with our TPON supplied cabinets. Final testing was completed for our street on Wednesday. JUST CHECKED - I can order!!!
