Phone line cancellation - ticket #172553002

Hi,

I would like to cancel the phone service line rental now that I am successfully on the FTTP trial.  I created ticket #172553002.  Can someone please take a look to ensure my FTTP service isn't cancelled?

Hi Richard.

I believe you've spoken to one of my colleagues recently about this.

I've taken ownership of your account to make sure your phone service is removed before your next bill date, and to ensure that your FTTP service remains unaffected.

Just to pop back on here to let you know that your phone service is now ceased.

And your account should now be FTTP only.
