Openreach visit for external

Well this isnt going as smoothly as I had hoped.

Openreach came without any notification before 8am and immediately left as I was not there.

An appointment was then booked in for today as they insist I have to be present. Waited since 7:45am nobody showed up.

Now have absolutely no idea when this is going to happen and doesnt look like there is any number to get hold of Openreach to ask.

It's not likely I'll be able to get an update on this tonight. But leave this with me and I'll make sure it's chased up when I'm back in tomorrow if no one has picked it up before me.

They turned up out of the blue and have done the external work but there was some work at the cab they was unable to do at the time and are completing this Monday.

 

If that all goes well then the internal work will be done on the 3rd

No sign of the router from Plus Net though Wink
