Ongoing Issues?

I was accepted on to the FTTP trial in Sep. I have now had 1 "fail to show" appt (after arranging for someone to be in), 2 external visits and 1 internal visit for what I was told was a straightforward FTTP install. I thought everything was sorted out at the last external visit which involved re-routing which hadn't been completed properly the first time. I'm on an 80/20 profile and getting between 70-75Mbs.

I am now being told that I require another internal visit to "complete internal work to manually adjust the speed profile". What does this mean and what does it involve? Thanks
