Hi can someone please check my account? I lost connectivity today at around 20:30. The router has an orange led and reports it isn't connected. I've reset it and entered the login credentials but it won't connect.
I've connected my laptop into the ONT and setup a PPPoE connection and that fails to connect also with error 651.
Hi, please cancel my previous request. I was tired last night and was dealing with the kids treating me like I had just cut off their food supply. In a moment of inspiration this morning I restarted the ONT, it connected straight away.
