I've been waiting since June for my FTTP to work, is this the norm? I've received 1 phone call from the so called Customer Services in all that time and spent at least 8 hours on hold when calling them, 3 scheduled visits where no one has turned up and for the first month Plusnet seemed to think I was lying when I told them the GPON was installed - what did I know apart from having 2 boxes screwed to the wall of my living room!
Does everyone receive the same appalling service or is it just me?
