Hi

My FTTP installation completed this morning - i.e the ONT is installed by the engineer at home. @Gandalf has been helping me with the ticket. The fibre LED is green in the ONT and the router shows the blue light. However, the internet at the PlusNet's end is still not enabled. Please can you take a quick look into the status? Thanks.

Hi all, It is working!! I just restarted the router (no need to reset fully). The speed is good too, close to advertised speeds (~73Mbps down, ~20Mbps up, 14ms ping) Thumbs_Up I hope it stays the same after ~10 days of optmising the connection. Thanks a lot everyone, especially @Gandalf @Mustrum @bmc @Mav !!
