Hi rongtw,
It's probably worth raising another fault I'm afraid, we can't do anything to change the profiles and your upload has dropped to 800k though I can't see any reason for it.
If you could run through the faults wizard (http://faults.plus.net) we'll get it raised and sorted. Sorry about the hassle.

just follow the link for the troubleshooter when the page loaded it just said " Thanks we have all the information needed "
i never clicked anything  has someone already done this for me ?

Don't think so, not sure what's going on there but I suspect the easiest way would be to just move a ticket straight through. Any chance you could raise a generic ticket to the CSC with the relevant fault info on it? If you post back once that's done I'll get it moved straight through to the faults pool so it gets investigated for you.

have just received a email from PN my question has been escalated   but was amazed that was asked to use the BT beta tester for speed tests ? "other speed testers often don't have the bandwidth to report the speed correctly."
the beta tester says "BT Wholesale will not accept any line speed faults from Communications Providers based on the output of this Beta Speed Tester."
   so anyhow i tried it , not much difference from speedtest.net ?

Hi Matt , i just  got a reply to my support Question ""Thanks for getting in touch, as you are part of the trial we're not in the best place to advise of any issues with your connection. I'd advise rasing the issue on the community forums board for Fibre trials below. Our Digital Care team are overseeing this currently and will be in a better position to advise further.
and for some reason i still cannot get the troubleshooter to run

Adam i just get the same as in reply 35*i click on the link for the troubleshooter  " we have got all the information we need " and that's it  it wont let me go any further

This may be a daft question  i have the WNR1000v3 but i cannot understand the router stats 
all i see is this , or is there summat i am missing

All the 'useful' line stats are hidden in the BT Openreach modem (which is locked and you're not allowed to unlock it  ), the router can only report the stats for the ethernet connection to the modem.
