My 80/20 with IP Profile 77mb = 35mb ????

Since trial started, i had about 75mb down with 15mb up...
Since the disconnections that a few had on Thursday, my connection has been Borked, despite rebooting Modem and router, sync rate settles the same......
BT IP Profile:  77.12mb (Down)    -  20mb up
What i am receiving ? = 35mb Down   -  15mb up (15mb up is normal since trial started)
Anyone else getting the same?
PN - Can you check your own settings against the BT one ?


and yes, speedtest bbmax reports same.. along with BT speedtest..

Given i am on the trial, and this could be a setting that needs to be checked your end, do i need to raise a fault or is this something you can quickly check with regards to profiling ?
BT Profile - 77mb
PN - 36mb ?
