Joining the trial as a new Plusnet customer and ex BT customer.

As an ex BT customer I already have an Openreach modem installed and working in my house. I ordered Plusnet unlimited broadband + phone line earlier today and have submitted a ticket for the FTTP trial. I am aware it takes time, but was wondering if the process could be sped up at all? The phone line is already active and working.
