IP profile on 80/20 FTTC Trial

Hi  my ip profile seems to have dropped on the 80/20 fttc trial before the profile was set at 70.35Mbps  but now this seems to have been capped at 60.2 my speed has been rock solid on the 70.35 profile and don't understand why this has dropped . Is there any chance this can be put back to the profile i had before ?
This is the speed im getting now compared to the 68 i was getting before

Re: IP profile on 80/20 FTTC Trial

Hi jamesanstee,
As the Digi Care Team will not be in now until Tuesday due to the Bank Holiday, I'll take a look into this issue for you tonight when I'm back into the office. I'll keep you posted on here with any update with regards to your profile for you Smiley

Re: IP profile on 80/20 FTTC Trial

IP profile seems to have increased slightly but the upload seems a little slower than before .

Re: IP profile on 80/20 FTTC Trial

Another speedtest run at 21-08pm  would have done this via the bt speedtester but can't seem to access that page .

Re: IP profile on 80/20 FTTC Trial

I notice your speedtest runs are against different servers - to get a good idea of how your speed is varying I would suggest always selecting exactly the same server (I would pick one that gives a good consistent result - some seem less able to handle higher speeds than others).
Not saying you do not have some kind of issue of course 'cos it does not loo right even allowing for some variation. Wink

I'm afraid you just have to wait. There is no guarantee it will get back to what it was before.
