I am considering a new contract with plusnet but need some advice.

I am a little confused about my current broadband costs... A while back I said I wanted no phone line and just broad band... We do not have a phone line anymore however the billing still shows line rental on my account.

Does this seem correct to other plusnet customers? How much are other people paying for fibre only. Thanks

I am currently paying 14.99 for unlimited fibre plus 17.99 line rental.

Is this correct?

I've had a quick glance over your account and something isn't right from back when the phone line was supposed to have been removed from your account.

I just assumed that because the phone line was not working my account had been updated.

When you say "via the account" do you mean webmail ?

He means via a ticket on your account which can be seen here https://portal.plus.net/wizard/index.html

I meant via a ticket on your account, I've just updated this now and it should have also triggered an email notification to the contact email address on your account.
