You asked me to let you know through this medium rather than via Plusnet Customer Service if I decide to close my phone line.
I had an email yesterday reminding me that my advance phone line rental payment runs out on 18 November 2018. Please note that I do not wish to continue with the line rental or phone service at all after that date and should be grateful if you would make the necessary arrangements to terminate the service. The fibre broadband is performing faultlessly and I can quite easily manage without the telephone. I do realise that my monthly broadband charge will increase by £2.50 from 19 November next.
