Hi, I raised a ticket (40377663) to take part in the FTTC trial on 02-Mar-2011, but I've not yet heard anything back from PlusNet. How long does it normally take to at least get an acknowledgement from PlusNet? (that;s a genuine question... not a criticism!) I'm not pushing for it (yet), as I requested an install date towards the end of April. But it would be nice for somebody from PlusNet to at least respond to the ticket - even if it's just to acknowledge that they've seen my request for FTTC.
Dave normally picks up the trial requests every few weeks to be processed. In the past there was up to 3 weeks delay so you need to be patient, your ticket will be answered. There is also the limits that BT have as they need to be booked for the installation, especially in new FTTC areas.
