The short answer is yes, but not from PlusNet and not without a large hit on your wallet.
FTTP on Demand is basically for businesses and is offered by few ISP's. You have to pay for the installation from the nearest fibre aggregation node and then large monthly fees.
What you need to see on the DSL checker is WBC FTTP in the left had column and a column to the right of the results which will show "1 stage" or "2 stage"
If you can get VDSL then it's unlikely (but not unknown) that you'll get WBC FTTP

You need to see WBC FTTP in the left hand column.

It's a definite NO unless you're willing to pay!!!
However, from the figures for VDSL you must be getting a decent FTTC speed.
