House Move During Contract

You'd still need to speak to the house move team to arrange the move and the contracts associated with moving services to a new address.

However I understand people have had problems getting this in place when moving straight to FTTP, so it may be easier for me to arrange for someone to give you a call to discuss this and I can explain to them that they just need to arrange a Fibre house move and leave the orders with me to sort out.

Ideally we'll just get you moved straight across on FTTP as it works out better for both of us. You'll be on a faster service sooner and we won't have to mess around providing an ADSL connection only to pay to cease it shortly after
