I took the morning off work on Tuesday for open reach coming round , I had no contact off them but there was an open reach van parked outside at 11am but the engineer just sat in the van on his phone for 20 mins then drove off . I then waited until 1 pm in case he was coming back , which he didn't . Can you confirm that they have done what they needed to do (or didn't need to to ) for our installation to proceed ? As I still haven't heard anything about a second visit .
