Fttp down LOS red light on

Hi

At 2pm today, I've lost FTTP connectivity. Green PON light is off on the ONT and the LOS light is lit.
Performed a power cycle on the ONT to no effect.

Could a member of staff please request a Fttp engineer callout?

Thanks for getting in touch @SpendLessTime.

This is actually the third time I've ever seen an FTTP line test fail. In your case, it's failed with "ONT is down. Proactive alarms found affecting line optics, Check that ONT is plugged in and switched on. Continue submitting trouble report"

As you've already done all this I've raised this as a fault and I'll keep personal ownership of this to avoid any confusion.

PON light is now green and LOS is now unlit. Router connected and on line again.
