Mine has been solidly on 10Mbps since Day 1, so, not seen 20 at all, yet!

Just to confirm, are you connecting via an Ethernet connection when receiving these speedtest results or via Wi-Fi? Additionally are you experiencing the same issue across multiple devices?

I agree that the wireless question is a prudent one but when the OP has demonstrated that they can exceed the upload speed over whatever medium can we not assume that it’s not the issue? After all, Wi-Fi is pretty much symmetrical.

The majority of speed tests are done on a direct Ethernet cable connection to router.

Some have been done on a WiFi connection to tablet.

The d/l speeds on WiFi are a bit less than Ethernet, but, u/l are consistently around 9Mbps irrespective of connection

Diagnostic checks on our side don't point towards any obvious problems with upload but I would report a fault as your next step if that continues to be an issue: http://faults.plus.net

Firstly i'm really happy to see your FTTP order has finally completed after so long of waiting.

Regarding your speeds I think I've fixed/arranged for this to be fixed for you now by scheduling your account to move to the appropriate package, which should happen tomorrow.
