Fibre Trial

Hi i would like to get on a trial for FTTC and have raised a ticket on Monday but haven't had any response as yet 35158431
According to one of the BT Engineer that was working on the box the install was finished 2 weeks ago and the date it would be active was showing as 30th Sept but that has now changed to Dec 31st but it says my line currently supports FTTC????
Is it possible for someone to look in to it for me

Sorry about the delayed response, Dave looks after the FTTC trial and is on leave for a week. The tags checker is poorly worded and I'm afraid your line isn't due to be enabled for FTTC until 31st December. Please feel free to keep an eye on it and let us know if the date changes at all.

Ok thanks for the reply i might contact BT see if they can tell me why in the last 24hours the date has changed form 30th Sept to Dec 31st ?
