Order reference: 1-6886305406 advised to me on 26/01/2010.
Received voicemail from BT yesterday confirming 09/02/2010 was okay but have not received any confirmation that router has been sent.
There has been no update or responses on ticket 38597039 since 26/01/2010.
Grateful if you could advise.
