Fftp issue

Came home today and fttp broadband not working. Have red light on the ONT box as attached. Trying tech support but not sure how up to date they are on fttp

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your FTTP service.

I can see we've got an engineer visit booked in for tomorrow to further investigate this.
