Re: FTTP

I'm afraid the FTTP trial is now closed as of the end of July.

No more applications are being accepted.

The Moderators are customers like yourself and not Plusnet staff.

Plusnet no longer offer an FTTP service but may or may not do so in the future, we don't know.

There are other service providers that do.

Sorry I can't be more help.

@tolmie35

While PlusNet may or may not offer a FTTP service in the future your house must first have it available.

Check the following to see if it says WBC FTTP in LEFT HAND column.

@tolmie35

Further to the info provided by others above, in case you haven't now noticed, there is a thread stickied at the top of this board entitled FTTP Trial Closure which may interest you.

Reading it may give you some hope that PN will be launching a full-blown FTTP service in the (hopefully not too distant) future.  Smiley

Re: FTTP

Hi @tolmie35,

Unfortunately it's correct that we're no longer accepting new applicants on to our trial for FTTP.

Looking at the availability for your line, FTTP isn't actually available, but FTTPoD (Fibre To The Premises on Demand) is available.

Having said this, it looks like G.fast is available in your area, but I don't have any information to share on that from the Plusnet side of things at the moment regarding if/when that may be offered in full or as part of a trial Sad
