FTTP trial, slow speed after activation, IP profile reset?

Hi There,
I was activated yesterday for FTTP and currently I'm getting 3Mb download and 12-14Mb upload, is this  something plusnet can sort?
I guess my IP Profile neds a kick as I'll be stuck on my old ADSL speed.

I have fixed up your connection profile speed for you now, and have responded to your online ticket.
You should notice the speed increase shortly.

Slow Speed - Thirsk

Hi there,
I've been getting approximately 3.5Mb download speed for the past few days now, not sure when it started but we did have a good few hours downtime last sunday (30/11) so it may have started then. Rebooting the router / bt equipment has had no effect. Could someone take a look at my line to see if there's any issue? What's interesting is that my upload rate is fine, I'm getting 19-20Mb there.
On this page, https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed, i get:
Phone exchange:
    THIRSK
Estimated line speed:
    3.0Mb (Download speed could vary depending on line conditions. Estimates are the maximum speeds that your phone line can support. These speeds are dependent on the package you choose.) - Checked on 2014-10-06 22:54:19
Current line speed:
    78 Mb
I've raised a support ticket yesterday morning, but havent had any response yet, I thought I'd ask here too.

Hi there.
It looks like somehow your router has obtained another users details.
Can you try logging into your router and connecting with your username and password?
This should resolve the issue for you.

Wow! That was interesting....
I have no idea how those details got there, don't recognise the username at all. I'll make sure my routers password is changed now!
The speed is back up to expected now, so that's sorted it. I'll close the ticket too.

It seems to have been a bug with the auto set up of the router.
That aside I'm glad to see its all working now

Good to see someone up and running i am still waiting for my FTTP trial ticket to be picked up over a week later. Sad
