Sorry that the engineer didn't arrive. The fault report did progress to Openreach's engineering teams yesterday afternoon, and again this morning where it's currently sat. I'm just contacting BTW for an update, I'll reply here shortly.

Thanks for the update, I've just been speaking to our suppliers at a great length about that. All they could advise is that the engineer was allocated today. Happy to hear they've turned up.

All fixed, apparently their system had somehow lost all my details. I will close the ticket.
