FTTP slowdown from 76Mbps to 1.87Mbps??

Hi - I have been on FTTP since November 2014 and was very happy with the speeds of 76Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. However I felt recently that the speed was not what it should be and an Ookla speedtest today shows a speed of 1.87Mbps download and upload of 18.53Mbps, ping 12ms. What has happened to the download speed? I've tried it on 3 computers here, 2 of which are on a wired ethernet connection, with the same result. Please can you advise what I can do, or if something needs adjusting at your end?
I have also now run the BT Wholesale broadband speed test which says:
Download speed (Mbps): 2.00
Upload speed (Mbps): 18.33
Ping Latency (ms): 26.00
Further tests:
1. Best Effort Test:
-provides background information.
Download Speed
1.95 Mbps

Download speed achieved during the test was - 1.95 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 60 Mbps-76.8 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 76.8 Mbps
2. Upstream Test:  -provides background information.
Upload Speed
11.54 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 11.54Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
This test was not conclusive and further testing is required. This might be useful for your Broadband Service Provider to investigate the fault.

Many thanks!
Deb.

This sounds like something profile-y. I'll check up and update the thread shortly.

Thanks for waiting Deb.
You ok to log into your router and hit disconnect/reconnect? I'm not really sure why your profile has changed, but I've altered it back for you now.
