the two mentioned above were upgrades and I think (At least on one of them) the order was placed before availability changed from available to waiting list.

 

I'm not sure if you'll be able to sign an account up on FTTC, but if you can, feel free to and I'll see what I can do.

If not, your only option with us may be to sign up on ADSL and then request FTTC at a later date.

No way of knowing if placing an order for ADSL today and requesting FTTC immediately after go live would put me on a waiting list? It's a big guess as a customer to sign to a new contract for ADSL otherwise.
