FTTP for a Business??

Hi There,
this week FTTP has finally become available for our business, at the moment we have a standard adsl line.
are you offering FTTP to business at the moment?? we rely on out internet as we run terminal services and this would give a massive boost to the business, at the moment FTTC is not available to us.
we dont want to move away from plusnet as we are happy with the service we just need a lot more bandwidth!

Drop a ticket in to the business team via http://trials.plus.net and they'll pick it up and let you know what they can do.

OK I have done that already, do you know what the response time is at the moment? ticket went in 2 days ago.
