I applied for the FTTP a while ago and I have not heard anything yet, is there any chance this could be looked at?

Login to your PlusNet account and then look at "View your Questions" under support to see if anything's happening.

Few staff are trained on FTTP matters so it can take a while sometimes. Hopefully one will pick up this thread.
